If you have to run 32bit Visual Basic Programs that use runtime files like comdlg32.ocx the runtime files can't be copied to the system32 folder and registered with regsvr32.
Instead you have to copy them to %windir%\SysWOW64\ and register them afterwards with the command
Note: You have to run the command as administrator.
